“Meet Baz – The Maker Behind Board Shitless Platters. I’m a proud Kiwi who’s always had a love for working with native timber. What began as a simple hobby crafting platter boards has grown into something pretty special. These days, I handcraft boards that are either single- or double-sided, depending on what’s needed. Each board is finished with a food-safe beeswax blend, and everything is handmade using locally sourced New Zealand timbers. I’ve lived in the Bay of Plenty most of my life, and when I’m not in the workshop, you’ll find me at local food and craft markets around the country.

This is a passion project that’s grown into something I’m truly proud of. I live with my wife and our three grandchildren, and I reckon there’s nothing better than creating something timeless from a piece of wood with history.”
